Products

The products visible in the online shop represent an online catalog. This is not a legally binding offer. 
Our online stock is updated every 6 hours with our business stock. It can happen that an item is still available online, but has been sold in the store. In this case the customer will be contacted immediately and the order and payment will be cancelled.
The "Availability Request" button stands for products that are temporarily unavailable or in delivery in the online store. Gardena Mountain Sports Gmbh will check availability upon receipt of the request and inform the customer of the subsequent availability.
 

Conclusion of the contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Gardena Mountain Sports Srl. 
The customer confirms the binding order for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, the customer receives an email confirming the order.

The contract is concluded according to the selected payment method: 
  • Credit card (Visa - Mastercard): the credit card details are entered and the credit card company performs an authorization check. The payment transaction is only initiated after the legitimation as the legitimate cardholder has been established. The amount of the order is charged to the credit card.
  • Paypalduring the order process the customer is redirected to the PayPal website. The customer can then enter the payment details and confirm the payment instruction to Paypal.
  • Prepayment via bank transfer: the order can also be made by bank transfer. The customer will receive an e-mail with the bank coordinates and must make the transfer within 2 days. After receipt of the transfer we will deliver the goods.

Prices

The prices indicated are in Euros and include the Italian legal value added tax, shipping costs not included.
 

Shipping

The shipping costs are calculated depending on the product type, weight and size and can be calculated on the respective product page in the online catalog.

We do not deliver to packing stations.
 

Payment terms

Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance, by credit card or by PayPal. See "Conclusion of the contract".
 

Transport damage

If the goods have obvious transport damage, please notify such problems as soon as possible to the deliverer. The customer should take photos of the damage and please contact us immediately. In this way, the customer helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
 

Warranty & guarantee

Unless otherwise agreed, the products offered in our shop are subject to legal warrant.
 

Right of revocation

The customer has the right to revoke the contract within fourteen days of receipt of the goods, without giving reasons.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
 
TThe right of revocation does not exist:
  • for delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery
  • for delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  • for delivery of goods that have already been used by customers.
 
The goods must be returned to us within 10 days of sending the cancellation.
The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.
 

Consequences of the revocation

After receipt of the returned goods and inspection of the condition of the goods, the customer will receive a refund of the payment within 7 days, with the exception of the delivery costs. For the refund we use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer.
The right of withdrawal expires within 14 days after receiving the goods, or after 10 days after sending the withdrawal if the customer does not return the goods.
 

Final notice

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Business be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. Instead of the ineffective provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
