The highest peak in the Cernera-Croda da Lago range, Cima Ambrizzola, at 2,715 metres, offers a splendid view of the famous Ampezzo Dolomites. A landscape where vertical cliffs, sharp towers and imposing peaks rise from the ground, stretching almost to the horizon.
Climbing it requires sure-footedness and experience; you need to be accustomed to moving in the mountains and must know this environment, where the natural elements reign supreme. But, once at the summit, you cannot help but be awestruck by the thrill as you zip up the top of the jacket that protected you during the gruelling yet rewarding ascent.
