With a height of 98 mm underfoot, it is sized for maximum versatility, with impressive and playful performance in a variety of conditions: buoyant in powder, grippy on hard snow, very maneuverable in the trees and stable at speed. Equipped with a good dose of rocker at the tip and tail to ensure a surfy feel on stormy days, the FREERIDE 98 is built with the same construction as its big sister, the FREERIDE 108, which includes a poplar wood core, double laminates of Titanal and Carbon, full ABS sidewalls, race edges, and a P-Tex race base.
