Logistic partner
The ordered goods are shipped with our GLS, BRT and DPD couriers directly to the address indicated. Our partners also randomly cooperate with other local couriers. Small packages and envelopes are shipped by post. The shipment is traceable with the appropriate Tracking number. The tracking number will be communicated to you after the courier has collected the goods from our warehouse. The postal shipment is not traceable.Shipping Countries We deliver our goods to the following countries
Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Malta
We do not deliver to the following countries: Switzerland, Norway and Iceland and free zones such as: San Marino, Isole Faroe, Isole Canarie, Monaco, Azzorre, Livigno ecc.
For legal reasons we cannot deliver to the following countriesi: Burma, Cuba, Congo, Zimbabwe, Belorussia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, Syria.
- Orders can of course be placed from any country in the world, in which case the delivery costs and the shipping itself must be examined individually.
Delivery
The ordered goods will normally be delivered to the recipient within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Our shipping partners are the world's leading logistics companies. Saturday afternoon, Sunday, public holidays, Christmas and New Year, there is no delivery. In case of delivery delays or difficulties, we will inform you immediately.In case of unavailability of the goods, we are not obliged to deliver. We will inform you of this as soon as possible and refund all payments that have already been made. For special offers we can only deliver while stocks last. Basically we have the right to make partial deliveries.
Incomplete / incorrect delivery
If you discover that your order is incomplete or that you have ordered another item, please contact us immediately by phone at +39 0471 790015 or by e-mail: info@mountainshop.online, so that we can arrange the collection of the defective goods from our logistics partner. If you want to return the package by yourself, please send the package to us as a standard postal package. We will reimburse you for the costs incurred. Make sure you receive an intact package from the courier. If you wish to accept a package that is only slightly damaged, please write the "conditional" note on the acceptance form. Without this note, acceptance of an open or damaged package is implicitly considered a correct delivery.
Order acceptance
The presentation of the products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the "Submit order" button, a binding order is placed for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The order confirmation will be sent immediately after sending the order by automated e-mail. The sales contract is concluded with this e-mail confirmation. All prices are calculated according to the validity on the day of the order.

- Estonia, Lithuania, Lithuania. Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland: from € 14.00 / Free transport from € 130.00
- Other EU countries: from € 24.00
- Other countries on request. For islands and areas that are difficult to reach or for areas, which for its achievement involves the issue of special permits, compulsory transits or the use of special vehicles, a supplement is required on transport costs.
Prices
All our prices include legal VAT. We will send you an invoice for the ordered products. Until full payment, the ordered products will remain our property.
Our invoices are issued in Euros (€).

Delivery time
Below are the delivery times in cases of delivery by express courier from the moment the courier takes charge of the shipment (collection of the shipment at our logistics center by the courier). Delivery times for:

In case of late delivery or non-delivery, you will be contacted immediately.
