altitude. The Lot Rain Jacket is that element that can never be
missing from the backpack of the outdoor enthusiast. Compressible, it
becomes little bigger than a tennis ball. With its clean lines, a
single front pocket and generous fit, it is capable of satisfying
everyone. The current version of this jacket was born out of the
relationship between Ueli Steck and Karpos in the search for the best
possible performance. Speed and lightness are two qualities that
belong to the common DNA that led the 'Swiss Machine' to meet the
gecko's mark on its path. The results of its observations brought
back to our research and development department have resulted in
unique garments of the highest performance. Made of an ultra-light
fabric, just 2 ½ layers of 100% nylon, the Lot Rain Jacket is able
to offer resistance to 20,000 mm of water column, guaranteeing 20,000
g/m2/24 hours of breathability. Perfect for trail running, excellent
for mountain biking, also excellent for fast hiking. One of the
strengths of the Lot Rain Jacket is the buttoned chest strap. An
element desired by Ueli Steck in order to better control perspiration
during his rapid ascents to eight-thousand-meter peaks. A simple but
intuitive device that allows ventilation by opening the main zip and
that proves to be very comfortable and effective even for runners and
bikers. Whatever the activity or season, with a weight of only 184
grams the Lot Rain Jacket is that garment to always have with you
when you are looking for protection and practicality.
