Who is the Faction Dancer 89 suitable for?

The Dancer 89 is designed for intermediate to advanced skiers looking for an easy-to-use ski for the entire mountain. It is particularly well suited to skiers who enjoy carving groomed slopes in the morning and moving into changing snow and varied terrain throughout the day.

Riding characteristics

The Dancer 89 combines reliable edge hold with a playful and accessible feel. Its elliptical sidecut uses a longer radius underfoot and shorter radii in the tip and tail, making the ski easy to pivot and initiate while allowing a wide range of turn shapes.

The Mustache Flex provides stability underfoot with a smooth, progressive flex in the tip and tail. Tip and tail rocker combined with traditional camber provide edge hold on groomed snow, while making pivots easier and improving versatility in softer snow.

Unlike the Dancer 89 TI, the standard Dancer 89 does not use the two Titanal layers. This makes it easier to maneuver, less demanding to ski and particularly well suited to long days and changing conditions.
